Yes, but . . .: Yes, you can buy any cream you want, but most are not designed to treat bumps. Rather than searching for treatment 1st, see your GP for diagnosis so that you know what's appropriate for your bump. Lipomas & cysts don't generally need treatment & certainly won't respond to creams.
