Don't worry: Small masses on the fingers can be the result of several pathologies. From small ganglion cysts, bone spurs, inclusion cysts, neuromas (usally painful) and giant cell tumor (sounds really bad...But is really benign). The best solution is to have it examined by a hand surgeon who can either obtain imaging to better diagnose it or excise it to get the exact pathology.
