Primary Exertional H: Primary exertional headache can be precipitated by any form of exercise, and can last from 5 minutes to 24 hours. Hot weather and high altitudes increase the frequency of these headaches.Contact your family doctor to rule out cardiac disease (angina), pheochromocytoma, stenosis of the carotid arteries, treat initially with Indomethacin 50mg prior to exercise.
