Constriction: The prolonged constriction probably caused irritation/inflammation of the various tissues in your wrist, but if the forearm didn't swell or the hand did not discolor or turn cold,there was no significant damage and the discomfort should resolve. See your Physician if the discomfort persists or worsens.
