What to take when suffering severe back, neck and lower hips pain. with difficulty to move and walk?

Pain control: To just tell you to control with pain meds would be wrong. The diffuse nature of your problem seems more like DJD but it has to be evaluated. Pain meds may improve pain and mobility but go to your md as the severity can be ascertained, so as the cause and be treated appropriately. Sometime people need surgery or shots, or even steroids.
