Exam and image: At your tender young age of 29 I wouldn't think that senile osteoarthritis should be setting in just yet.However, there are other forms of arthritis that could affect somebody your age & especially if there's a family history. You may also be dealing with the upshot of a resend or even old back injury which would be another consideration. An examination and imaging study therefore, are in order.
