No: A prenatal pill is basically a vitamin pill. Nothing more. If your doctor advised you to take Provera (medroxyprogesterone) for your pcos, you can let him/her know that you had a period, and ask him/her if you should still take it, but definitely the prenatal didn't affect your period.
