No: If you are referring to Provera (medroxyprogesterone) an injectable medication used as a contraceptive drug it is not a good idea to use it for irregular periods. It has many side effects. If you refer to "imbalance period" as irregular periods you need to consult with your gynecologist as to cause and proper treatment.
