I hope you have : Enlisted the help of a gastroenterologist..... If the ppi (omeprazole) is being taken properly and has no or minimal effect you definitely need more evaluation. If you are in a "community" hospital setting... Consider an academic center...... The are sometimes better at building a larger differential (i.e.Possibility) list. First, discuss this with your doctors.
