Something minor: Edemea of the lining of intestine is a nonspecific finding. It can be caused by minor inflammation and should settle down on its own as long as your bowel movements are normal and you are free from diarrhea and abdominal pain.

Biopsy of colonoscopy state Pyloric Gland Metaplasia is seen. Lamina Propria show edema and focal increase in lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate. Ileal mucosa shows focal shortening of mucosal villi. Final diagnosis say mild chronic ileitis.what this mean?
