Something is crawling in my ear, pcp looked at my ears their both clear no wax but right ear has fluid in it, never had ear trouble, also pain down neck?

May be ear infection: There are several reasons for fluid behind the ear drum. It should be investigated for cause. If pcp did not offer treatment then please see an ENT physician.
