Biopsy: Swollen lymph nodes in the neck, large enough to be seen or palpable are pathologic. If you have been tried on antibiotics and still there, even if the blood test (which does not always show all inflammations or diseases) are normal, i would suggest a biopsy (not needle) to rule out other things like malignancy or weird infections like mycobacterial. Get advise from your doctor.
