ABOUT 62000/YEAR: There're roughly 62k cases of lymphoma/year in the us, just slightly under half affected area females. Roughly 55k are nonhodgkin-type lymphoma. Unfortunately there is no specific symptom/sign to indicate lymphoma. Since you are getting better, this is a good sign. If there is a family history of lymphoma/leukemia/cancer in your family, check with your doc--maybe some blood work. Good luck.
