Lymphoma: Have no idea why you would think this is lymphoma. Anxiety and depression sounds accurate from your description, and if something else is going on can think of half dozen or more diagnoses likelier than lymphoma. If you do not begin to gain weight on a good diet, see a GI doctor and get fully evaluated. Good luck and have a good thanksgiving.

Doubtful: It is doubtful that you have an intestinal lymphoma. The main thing is that your weight has stabilized. Your doctor was probably correct his diagnosis of depression and anxiety as both of those can cause the symptoms that led to your weight loss. Overtime your weight will likely return unless of course you diet. Keep in touch with your family doctor if you develop any further symptoms so that you could be evaluated further if necessary. The likelihood of an intestinal lymphoma is exceedingly low. Enjoy your holidays. Best wishes.
