Anxiety: Why are you concerned about lymphoma? Do you know someone with it? Sounds like your anxiety is contributing. For mild back pain, i suggest a massage. Also craniosacral therapy. Acupuncture and chinese medicine can also help a great deal with anxiety, appetite etc by balancing the body. Good luck!

Why lymphoma?: Your diarrhea and appetite have improved. 10 mg of Amitriptyline is a tiny dose. Your anxiety may improve with a higher dose. Is there some other reason why you are thinking lymphoma? See your doctor to discuss whether there is any reason to look at that further and ask about increasing the ami a little bit as well for anxiety. Best wishes to you!
