Caleb keeps getting a bump on his knee, like a pimple , eventually it pops but is very painful. what could this be? what is the best way to treat?

Maybe a boil: Some people go through phases where they get recurrent staphylococcal infections. It may be helpful to see the doctor when it is ready to pop to get a culture. There is a prescription bactroban (mupirocin) that can be very helpful for such infections but you need to be seen to get it.
