Hello i am having a problem on my legs mainly by my growing area down to my knee-caps. they are red pimple like bumps some with puss and some without?

Any abscesses/boils: if there are no abscesses or boils you could try bleach baths. the bleach will help kill excess bacteria on the skin which will hopefully get rid of the pustules. if that doesn't help, see your provider for further evaluation and treatment. if you do have boils, you need to see your provider for treatment

Red pimples: You may have impetigo. Try applying antibiotic ointment to the lesions twice daily. If rash doesn't improve in several days see your doctor
