Depends: The amount of tissue regain depends on the level of the bone interproximally (between the roots).

It depends: Alloderm need to be covered by your own gums to be effective, other autogenous graft from your mouth can be left exposed . So, with alloderm you need to have enough gums to pull either from the side of the recession area or from the bottom. As long as you have papillae and bone around the roots, Narrow recessions no matter how deep, Alloderm and others can do very well.
