is there any doctor who prescribes meds for mental disorders and give behavior therapy and methods... (like he's a psychatrist+psychologist together)?

Dr. Donald Jacobson

Yes: Yes, there are such psychiatrists, but I am afraid that they tend to be rather few and far between as psychiatry gets modeled by the insurance industry. Perhaps I should use the word mangled by the insurance industry. Best wishes.

Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are able to both prescribe and utilize talk therapy, but generally they leave therapy to psychologists and social workers while they work on the meds.
