Aromatase: FTM requires two things: 1: I do not take care of such patients unless I am notified by a Psychologist who is taking care of the patient. 2: I do not see any indication for aromatase inhibitors to be given in addition to testosterone. I have been fortunate to have reasonable success with FTM and MTF.
