TMJ: If you have already consulted with an ENT and no medical condition was diagnosed, see a dentist that treats tmd ( temporomandibular joint dysfunction). If the lower jaw (mandible) is in a retruded position, it can cause pressure on the eustation tube as well as the muscles of the ear that can cause the tinnitus.
