Tinnitus, stabing pain that lasts for a mostly a minute, popping sound when yawning in one ear. also a sore throat. should i be worried?

Get checked: Do you also have a fever? What you describe may be related to an ear infection, but how far that goes can only be determined by a proper physical exam. Please see your doctor as soon as possible so you can get treated if this is the case. The sooner, the better.
