does the dots in the brain from migraine can cause any problem? if it does can be removes?

??: Not sure what you are referring to as "dots in the brain". If you mean someting found on an MRI or ct scan, it would be best to ask the doctor ordering the scan about what they are, their significance, but unless something exceedingly abnormal i wouldn't rush to have a craniotomy.
