Numbness ?: Are you "slobbering" because you're numb, or just in general you feel you have more saliva? It may be that your tongue is not accustomed to the new space, and as such, it is a little spastic, allowing saliva to escape. Give it some time, and then call your surgeon if problem persists.

Not uncommon: Drooling saliva is normal for 48 hours after surgery. Be patient.
