My heart wont stop beating rapidly after wisdom teeth removal? no other symptoms other than the teeth pain and mouth bleeding, but my heart rate is 115-120 bpm with no other symptoms?

ANXIETY AND STRESS WILL ELEVATE YOUR HR ESPECIALLY OF AN EXTRACTION OF A WISDOM TOOTH. WHEN THE BLEEDING AND PAIN SUBSIDE YOUR HR WILL BECOME LOWER TO IT'S NORMAL RATE.

How long ago were the extractions? You may be having reaction to the epinephrine in local anesthetic. May be due to anxiety, stress over the surgical procedure. Should dissipate as anesthesia wears off. If not, contact your Oral Surgeon. (S)he knows your medical history and the rigors of the surgery, and is responsible for your post-surgical care.
