One's role in life: Changes when you leave the school environment and enter the working world. You may not have contact with your friends. The things that kept you busy may no longer part of your life. It is important to fill that vacuum by making new friends and finding activities that give your life meaning. It may take a little while - but you will adjust. Things will become better with each step you take.

It can be really: difficult to adjust to life after college. You had structure and likely met lots of friends and grew personally. The best thing that you can do is to create & follow through on a plan for what you'd like your life to look like - not only professionally, but in personal relationships as well. If after a few months you find that you are still having trouble, seeing a therapist might be helpful.
