Start w medical: Eval. It may uncover medical issues that need to be addressed. Cognitive behavioral therapy can be quite effective. Psych meds may be indicated. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night & good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, qi gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises & meditation. Spend time with friends and stay active.

Student Resources : Have you connected with the counseling center on campus? Most colleges/universities have psychologists who help students with their mental health (i.e. Depression, academic stress). Your counseling center's website is likely to have some helpful tools.
