Addiction: Addiction is very complex. One can be very productive ; addicted even heavily addicted to a substance. Other people will be consumed by the addiction, they basically hire themselves as an addict , that's what they do. Either way a road that leads to debilitation and eventually being nonproductive. If you're not being productive now and addicted the thing to do is address the diction first.
