Go Back To Dr.: If you still have composite remnants from attachments, go back to the treating doctor and request their removal.

See Dentist: This isn't a DIY project...you can do serious harm to the integrity of your a tooth enamel. I assume from your question that you quit part way through treatment. Best solution is to see a fully qualified Orthodontic Specialist for care.

See your DDS/Ortho: They are easily removed by your dentist/ orthodontist and do not harm your natural tooth.
