Go to the dentist: Who can discuss options. Tooth whitening and\or composite bonding (as well as veneers or crowns) depending upon the size, depth, cause, and your aesthetic requirements, etc.

Decalcification: White spots often are formed in the enamel of the teeth in utero....From birth. Normally, the teeth are not weaker but the spots can vary from white to brown. The spots can also be formed by sucking on lemons, some meds, etc. There are alternatives- mi paste for less severe cares, veneers, crowns. Need consult with dentist.
