101: Someone once wrote an article entitled 101 reasons why you may have whiite spots on your teeth. They range from bumps & bruises while teeth are still under the gum developing, to too little or too much fluoride, to beginings of decay that become arrested (hard again) with improved hygiene habits. It shows there are alot of reasons but none come with an exclusive label.
