Not sure: Are they definitely decayed spots? Baby bottle caries are usually generalized all over the baby teeth. See your dentist for a definite answer. Brown spots can be a bad sign.

Brown spors: May be simple stains from improper oral hygiene. May be decay (infection) from baby bottle syndrome. May be genetic defect. Child needs to see Dentist, preferably a specialist pediatric dentist, a Pedodontist, as soon as possible. 1st Dental Examination at eruption of 1st baby tooth, but not later than 1st b'day. And NEVER put baby to bed w a bottle containing anything but water.
