Anxiety: You probably had bad experiences in the past. Make sure you find someone that understand your history and is willing to work with you. While your fear is real, root canal is very safe and virtually painless. For the extremely anxious patients, i will give sedative and they usually fall asleep during the procedure. You will need someone to drive you to and from the clinic. Talk to your dentist.
