what can i do to cope with anxiety and stress?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Kerry Ragain
23 years experience Clinical Psychology
How severe is it: It depends on how severe and debilitating your anxiety is. If your symptoms are more mild, you might feel some relief with establishment of a mindfulness, meditation, or yoga practice along with a good regimen of daily exercise and dietary structure. If your symptoms are severe enough to cause significant impairment in your work and social life though, you should seek professional consultation.
