See a psychiatrist.: You will need to talk to a psychiatrist for appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Ativan (lorazepam) is mainly use for anxiety but benzodiazepines are mostly short term type of treatment and an antidepressant maybe appropriate. Lamictal is a mood stabilizer but i still think you need proper diagnosis. Cbt is also be helpful.
