Same: Same as the other orthodontic treatment you've experience up to now. Small a out of discomfort from the surgery to expose the tooth, but the tooth movement will be at most annoying.

Not really: The exposure of the tooth may hurt more, and there will be minor discomfort, but nothing you really will have any concerns about. All in all, about the same as moving any other teeth.
