Have family meals &: Scheduled snacks at the table, model good eating habits, put a tbsp./ year of age of each healthy food on her plate & don't nudge. Limit milk & milk products to 16/21 oz./day & juice to 0-4 oz./day from an open-mouthed, 2-handled cup with meals. Avoid " grazing" & sipping on sugar-containing liquids ad-lib. See a pediatric dentist. Read "how to get your kid to eat, but not too much" by satter.
