Should: Typically, root canal treatment does not have physical activities as a contraindication. However, it is best to let your dentist or endodontist (root canal doctor) know about your plan to exercise. Everyone's case is different, and everyone's workout activity varies greatly: you may be given a more customized post-treatment advice once your doctor knows what you are planning to do.

that happens, slow it down.
