Can't eat anything: No eating while wearing your aligners. Only water if you must. The aligners are not strong enough to withstand cheewing forces, and sugar caught underneath them will feed the bacteria for hours, resulting in several cavities.

Nothing at all : While having the trays on you can't eat anything as they are not that strong to take chewing forces. Just water if any.

Damage: Anything hard/sticky/chewy can damage trays and set back your treatment. But trays don't work if your not wearing them. It's a Catch 22. So limit "trays out" time and don't eat while trays are in.
