Occlusion: For young age (your baby), recession usually due to malocclusion, i.e., improper tooth alighment intra and/or interarch relationship. Minor tooth movement can be done with your dentist help to alleviate this problem. Check also if you are using soft bristle brush for brushing, not the hard or medium hard. Brushing with soft toothbrush prevents localized recession (usually occur in adult).
