Yes, but report: Root canal therapy is like the tooth receiving a gut surgery: all nerves and blood inside are cleaned and sterilized. There are still nerves right underneath the molar that needs to heal. This is the nerve that connects the brain and the tooth, so during this nerve's healing your brain will be receiving some pain signal. Do report this to your dentist, however, as it is good info to check healing.
