Losing weight : The paleo "diet" and stopping gluten are both an approach to eating, and neither is specifically for weight loss. Many people do end up losing significant amounts of weight after following either of these, though. Technically, paleo should automatically be gluten free, but a gluten free diet is not necessarily paleo.
