Metabolism: If you are sure about the caloric intake and the exercise you are doing is intense enough, the next step is checking your hormonal health. A low thyroid or testosterone level will make weight loss difficult. Also weight is not your best measure. Check your hip to waist ratio. If your waist is decreasing in size, you may be putting on muscle. You may need the help of a diet or training expert.

A couple of things: Don't think I'm dismissing your issue at hand as it's an important problem, but based on your height, weight and age, your basal metabolic rate(the baseline amount of calories your body needs just for daily functioning) would far exceed 1200kcals/day. So if you were really only eating 1200kcals/day and didn't even move you should be losing weight!
