Depends: Lobster and other seafoods are common sources of allergy and even though you might have not had a reaction heretofore, there is a first time for reactivity for many including you. Consider also that you might have reacted to some of the spices, or other foods that you were exposed to at the same time. You could test by checking them out one by one.
