Hi, when i sneeze immediately after the sneeze every time i try to swallow i sneeze again. this has been happening for about 9 months now. it does subside after a few minutes, but it's kinda scary when you can't swallow, and it's hard to catch your breath

My : My best advice for you is to take a daily allergy medication like alavert or claritin (loratadine). Hopefully this will decrease your episodes of sneezing thus helping with your problem. Take care.
