You need to go to the emergency room right away. The bottle cap, depending on its size, could be stuck somewhere in your esophagus. If that is the case, it may need to be removed. A GI doctor can look with a scope into your esophagus and stomach and remove the cap if needed. So, go to the ER now. Best of luck to you!
