It has been 3 days feeling something in my back nose on the left side. i can breath fine but i feel pain and bothered each time i swallow.

Uncertain : it is hard to tell for sure this could be something stuck back there, could be a mucous plug or maybe some other thing we call a foreign body.. This is best evaluated by a physician and if necessary see an ear, nose and throat physician an ENT.
