How long should i wait to have my right hip totally replaced if i just had surgery on my left knee for torn meniscus?

Wait until...: You are over your knee scope completely . Some patients who have their knee ' fixed' feel better and have less hip pain and a better gait @ 6-8 wks. However. , if u have avn and/or advanced oa of the hip and your pain is interfering w/ your quality of life have it replaced when you are ready.Discuss w/ your surgeon. Best of luck!
