Wind pipe, u mean?: Enlarged nodes in the chest can be the result of many things, some more serious than others. Rather than speculating and giving you a mile long list, i would suggest you talk to the doc who ordered the scan and ask him/her about the implications of the scan and what to do next. Best to you.
