Porcelain metal: Stainless steel crowns are not custom made so the fit is not ideal for long term. In the us, they eould only be done in badly broken down bany teeth. A porcelain fused to metal crown is a long term restoration. I would just question whether or not you want to invest in saving a wisdom tooth. It is completely your choice, but make sure the pros and cons of keeping it are explained to you.

Crown: Stainless Steel crowns are temporary restorations, cheaper but shorter life span. Porcelain/metal crowns more long lasting but also more expensive. Wisdom tooth, 3rd molar, often removed rather than restored. Only your Dentist, who has examined you, can advise as to best choice for you. Generally best to choose quality over price.
